Two building blocks
PortraitFlow pricing consists of two freely combinable building blocks. It applies to companies with 20 to 2,000 employees. All prices exclude VAT.
Building block 1: Editing

- The price applies once per person, for the initial setup just as for a person added later.
- Included is personal editing by a photographer (cutout, new background, fine retouching) in up to two variants, JPEG with background and cut-out PNG.
- Completion within a maximum of 5 business days.
Building block 2: Annual subscription (optional)
The subscription covers ongoing management of your portraits and lowers the price for later additions. It is not required but recommended once new employees join regularly during the year. The price depends on company size:

Contract and invoices in the customer portal
- In the customer portal under “Account”, contract customers see their contract and invoices and can download the invoices.
- The payment status of each invoice is shown there. Overdue invoices are detected automatically and a payment reminder is sent by email.
