How your employees are guided.
Before anyone uploads a photo, a short video walks them through the key points for a good business portrait, right inside the app. So you know in advance exactly what your team will see.

Portraits added later cost exactly the same as the initial editing: CHF 20.– with, CHF 40.– without a subscription. The same price you already know.

Do we need an on-site photo shoot?
No. Employees upload their photo themselves via a personal link, from anywhere, from home, or at any location. Anyone who prefers to hire a photographer can also upload an entire shoot at once.
How long does editing take?
We process regular projects promptly as a whole. Portraits submitted individually later are ready within 5 business days.
What if new employees join during the year?
Simply handled as a later addition, at the same simple price as the initial setup. At a discounted rate with an active subscription.
Is retouching done with artificial intelligence?
No. An experienced photographer edits and personally approves every image. We use proven templates and automated steps, but a human always makes the final call.
Why don't you use AI-generated portraits from a selfie?
Because since August 2, 2026, AI-generated images must be labeled as AI-generated directly on the image itself within the EU. That label can undermine trust in your company, especially for official employee portraits. That's why we work with real photos and human retouching instead of image generation.
Where are our data and images stored?
With a Swiss hosting provider, accessible only to authorized people.
